  Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Development of global compensation standards, implementation (primary focus) first for the region Germany - Austria - Switzerland (DACH), (secondary focus)  also globally; development of guidelines, templates and tools
  • Preparation, implementation and evaluation of job evaluations and benchmark analyses, including the resulting recommended actions in close cooperation with the local HR managers
  • Development of decision-making templates for top management, based on case-based analyses
  • Agile management of global projects on compensation & benefits, rewards & recognitions, job and career systems as well as global mobility
  • Organization and monitoring of regular compensation adjustment and target agreement processes
  • Professional advice to the HR business partners and the management
  Ihr Profil:
  • Several years (7 or more) of professional experience in the areas of compensation & benefits in international companies (WTW global grading experience is a plus); experience in management of relevant international HR projects 
  • Professional background in international business consulting environments would be an advantage
  • Strong IT affinity; knowledge of the industry and current technological trends would be an advantage
  • Experience with agile cooperation in projects
  • Creative drive, ability to deliver creative and innovative implementation
  • Strong service orientation, excellent advisory skills, strong hands-on mentality
  • Solution- and recipient-oriented communication; fluent proficiency in spoken and written German and English
  • Competency in Microsoft Office; experience with software-based grading and benchmarking
